Comment tester la vanne EGR sur une Fiat Multipla ?
Pour pouvoir tester cette vanne egr il faut :
- Débrancher la batterie
- Débrancher les connecteurs (Débitmètre, connecteurs filtre à gasoil, vanne egr)
- Démonter la vanne EGR
- Rebrancher les connecteurs et la vanne EGR
- Rebrancher la batterie
- Démarrer et couper le moteur
- Vérifier dans la foulée si la soupape monte et descend (calculateur qui recherche les butées)
Si ce test ne fonctionne pas, le nettoyage de la vanne ne résoudra pas votre problème. Il faudra alors remplacer celle-ci.
Est-il possible de nettoyer cette vanne EGR 1l9 jtd ?
Le nettoyage est possible en roulant en 4 éme sur autoroute pendant une centaine de kilomètres
Cependant cela ne résoudra pas la panne complètement car celle-ci reviendra, et l'opération décrite amène souvent à ce que de la suie remonte par la tige de la soupape et bloque le moteur pas à pas. Les produits spécialisés vont à long terme provoquer la détérioration de certains joints torique et rendre la résolution de la panne de perte de puissance encore plus compliquée.
